Allan Inglis

Allan brings over 26 years of experience to Rental Experts. Allan started his real estate career in 1992 and by the age of 25 owned his first office. His endeavours have produced strong relationships in the Northland community. He is taking years of experience directing Windy Realty under First National and creating the new Rental Experts brand.

Property Management

Ashley Inglis

Ashley has been working with rental property for four years and before this was a personal assistant to one of Northland’s leading real estate brokers. Day to day, Ashley involves provides communication support, working with tenants around rent and maintenance. Ashley has a great rapport with those involved in rentals and is able to fill properties quickly. Ashley says she has a lot of long-term, reliable tenants who are ideal for landlords. Ashley handles accounts and invoicing for landlords, insurance claims and all-round communication. “There is no part of property management I don’t do!” Ashley says. “We take over all property management duties and handle all communication required, allowing you as the property owner to be free from worry.”


Bronwyn Inglis

Bronwyn has been in business for 28 years with Rental Experts director Allan Inglis. Bronwyn has spent 18 of those years working in the sales side of the business doing payroll, property settlements, accounts and taking care of the administration team. Since selling the Whangarei sales office of First National, Bronwyn has spent 18 months taking care of rentals. “I love my job, dealing with tenants and landlords and building a rapport with them all,” Bronwyn says. “I run the front of house along with the accounting side of the business whilst helping out the property managers where possible. I also spend a lot of time bringing myself up to speed with the legislation and rental market
