Bronwyn
Director

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Bronwyn is a co-director of Rental Experts alongside Allan Inglis. She spent 18 years working in the sales division, where she was responsible for payroll, property settlements, accounts, and overseeing the administration team.

Following the sale of their real estate sales business in Whangārei, Bronwyn transitioned into property management and has spent the last 7 years focusing on the rental side of the business. She now manages front-of-house operations and oversees the accounting functions, while also supporting the property management team as needed.

Bronwyn is passionate about her work and values building strong, respectful relationships with both landlords and tenants. She remains committed to staying well-informed on tenancy legislation and market trends to ensure the business continues to deliver up-to-date, professional service.

Ashley
Accredited Property Manager – Team Lead

Ashley brings over 10 years of experience in property management and offers landlords practical advice on how to get the best return from their investment. As a property investor herself, she understands exactly what landlords need and applies that same standard of care to every home she manages.

She has a wealth of knowledge in the industry and is highly skilled across all aspects of property management. Her deep understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and current market trends makes her a valuable resource to both clients and the team.

Ashley takes a clear and consistent approach when working with tenants. She sets well-defined expectations from the outset, which helps build mutual respect and trust. This balanced style of communication contributes to positive tenant relationships and encourages long-term, stable tenancies.

She also plays a key role in supporting the wider team and is committed to delivering excellent results for both landlords and tenants.

With over 7 years of dedicated experience in property management and a background in the real estate industry spanning her entire career. Odette brings a well-rounded and professional approach to every aspect of her role.
